Do you use peat free compost?

Behind the Scenes at Landkey

It’s now November and we are currently waiting for some of the grass that was turned over with the plough to rot down. The next job is to mark out the flower beds, create the paths and get large amounts of manure to improve the quality of the ground.

While this is being done the children have been sewing seeds, making cuttings, weeding and learning about gardening. We have also planted some shrubs that parents have given us into temporary positions as they had been pot bound.
