Free Hydrangeas and Roses

When pruning Hydrangeas in the Spring and Roses in the autumn, don’t throw away all your cuttings. Trim them down to around 4” – 5” and just push them in the ground in an area that wont get disturbed to half their length and forget about them. In 3 -4 months you will find that the majority of them have rooted and you then have new plants for free.
